Hello Shadow Oaks Neighbors!

Just a reminder that tonight is National Night Out!  Grab your lawn chairs and your neighbors and enjoy this beautiful Houston weather outside tonight!

SOCA will have a drawing for 4 $50 gift cards for any streets/cul-de-sacs/any neighbors hosting or gathering outside tonight.  Send us your address and some pictures and we will enter you in the drawing for the gift card.  We will announce the winners of the gift cards next week and post pics from on our website (if given permission to post).

Ms. Shirley, our Citizens on Patrol Committee Chair, has sent in a request for HPD to drive around our neighborhood, so hopefully your group will get a visit from one of our HPD Officers.

If you have a group text with your street or a group of neighbors who aren't yet on our email membership list, please pass along this info.

Hope to see everyone out and about tonight and meeting some of our new neighbors!

About The Shadow Oaks Community

Shadow Oaks is a west Houston community in Spring Branch, defined by well-built 50's-60's era homes, with large lots and a canopy of mature growth trees. Conveniently located just inside Beltway 8 and just north of I-10, Shadow Oaks is only a 20 minute drive from downtown, and close to many restaurants and shopping venues.

The large NobHill park is at the heart of the neighborhood with its walking trails, playground , and baseball/soccer field. The Shadow Oaks subdivision is serious about its deed restrictions. They are strictly enforced with the intention of maintaining property value, and ultimately the quality of living in this lovely neighborhood.

Citizens On Patrol Program

You want your family to live in a safe community. Why not consider doing your part by joining COP? Volunteers report suspicious activity while enjoying a nice drive through the neighborhood.
